An accountancy has appointed a new tax director to its corporate and business division.
Creaseys has hired Terry Shephard, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, who has spent the last 10 years with international consultants PwC.
The former business and economics student, 37, specialises in advising shareholders about company reorganisations, management schemes, purchases and sales.
His appointment comes not long after Creaseys was named the UK’s best single office tax practice for 2016.
The Tunbridge Wells-based firm picked up the prize a the Taxation Awards at the London Hilton Hotel in Park Lane in May, attended by over 700 tax professionals.
