Law firm Cripps has announced a record 19 promotions across its legal and business services teams, including two new partners.
Julie Hughes in corporate and James Lee in real estate have taken the top roles, while Lyn Stronghill has also been promoted to head of finance, which is equivalent to partner status.
The firm, which officially launched its new headquarters in Tunbridge Wells last month, has also hired two legal directors.
Liz Barton in corporate and Glenn Godfrey in real estate will take the roles, a newly-created position as part of the firm’s career pathways programme.
It has also made 10 new managing associates and four new senior associates.
Managing partner Gavin Tyler said: “The high number of promotions this year not only reflects the firm’s continuing growth but also the commitment of the individuals to develop their careers at Cripps and deliver exceptional client service.”
Cripps, which also has an office in Kings Hill, made revenues of £28.1 million last year.
It has 46 partners and more than 350 staff.
