The deadline for entries to this year’s Medway Business Awards (MBAs) has been extended - but be quick as it’s only until next week.

The annual event, which this year marks its 40th anniversary, is seen as one of the most prestigious in the county; celebrating the achievements of large and small businesses in Medway.

And now the opportunity to secure one of the awards has been extended until Monday, August 26.

Entry is free and all those nominated will receive a ticket to attend the gala awards evening - due to take place at The Corn Exchange in Rochester on November 22.

A spokesperson said: “The MBAs are open to businesses of all sizes and for 2024, depending on the turnover of the applicants, there may be a large and SME business of the year winner.

“Additional awards will be presented at the gala evening which recognise an organisation’s particular strengths and achievements. This year businesses may nominate an individual within their organisation that is a rising star, or an unsung hero - or both.”
