Developer Quadrant Estates has applied for planning permission to build a second phase of its offices at Eureka Park in Ashford - and has secured the first occupier for the new buildings.
Quadrant has announced it has now submitted a planning application to Ashford Borough Council for the second phase of its Northdown offices.
And the firm said office and workshop provider Basepoint has already agreed the conditional purchase of a plot, to run as their latest new managed business centre.
Tristram Gethin, director of Quadrant Estates, said almost all of the first phase was now sold.
He said: “The existing Northdown offices have stimulated a very high level of interest and it is very encouraging to have secured this deal before the building has started.
"There is the opportunity to expand upon a terrific scheme which will bring substantial benefits for the local community by providing excellent facilities and workplace opportunities.”
