A DIRECTOR of a construction and civil engineering firm has undertaken not to hold any company management positions for five years.
Allen Claxton, of Sparepenny Lane, Farningham, made the pledge in respect of his conduct as a director of Lanico Ltd, based in Kingston-upon-Thames.
The business, which failed with debts estimated at £869,000, was placed into voluntary liquidation in August.
Claxton's acceptance of the undertaking prevents him from being a director or a manager of a company for five years. Matters of unfit conduct, which were not disputed, included non payment of VAT, income tax and national insurance.
