BUSINESS leaders in the county are being invited to attend a day of seminars designed to boost their creative skills and increase their profitability.
Salesman, motivational speaker and author, Paul Sloane, will be giving advice on solving problems and turning ideas into business strategies at The Hilton Hotel, Maidstone.
Carole Black, Business Link Kent's events manager, who is organising the day, said: "This is a must for directors and senior managers who wish to develop key skills in innovation and leadership.
"Different techniques will be tried out, on real business problems that are simple and practical with immediate effect.
"The sales and marketing workshop teaches people how to identify and evaluate new products, services, markets and partnerships. Case studies will show how leading companies around the world are meeting these challenges."
The event, on Tuesday, September 27, comprises two workshops, the first starting at 9am on how to energise a business, which lasts until 12.30pm.
After lunch, the second seminar, on maximising sales and marketing techniques, runs from 1.30pm until 4.30pm.
Tickets cost £65 plus VAT for each seminar, and £120 plus VAT to sign up for the whole day.
