A Grade II-listed farmhouse complete with 100 acres of arable land and a host of farm buildings in Shepherdswell, between Canterbury and Dover, is on the market for the first in 80 years.
Long Lane Farm is being sold by informal tender with a closing date for bids of Friday, June 12.
Marketed by BTF Partnership, the farm buildings have planning permission from Dover District Council for conversion into residential properties and is being offered either as a whole or in five separate lots.
Permission has been granted to turn a former barn into a five-bedroom house, a milking parlour into a three-bed home and two semi-detached two-bedroom cottages.
Set down a rural lane, it has been in the seller's family for the last 80 years.
Three plots of agricultural land, which will be vacant after this year's harvest, are also up for grabs.
The guide price for the whole estate is £2.205m
