A building services firm is doubling in size and moving into larger offices in a business park after getting financial support from a bank.
After the opportunity arose to take on new high-profile contracts in London, Jones FM LLP needed more space and a bigger workforce.
They turned to Natwest’s Dartford Business Centre, which offered them cashflow support.
Since reaching an agreement, they have moved to bigger premises in Crossways Business Park in Dartford and expanded from 18 to 34 employees since last year.
The firm predicts it will hire another 16 people over the next 12 months and expects turnover to increase by 100% over the same period.
Partner Chris Jones said: “No business wants to get to the position where they have to turn clients away.
“The money from NatWest has given us the stability and confidence to keep growing.”
Natwest relationship manager Adam Harding said: “We’re working hard to ensure businesses in similar situations to Jones FM LLP have the support they need to progress their business while meeting and surpassing their ambitions. It’s fantastic to see them do so well.”
