Bosses at a mechanical and electrical contractor thanked staff for their efforts by flying 26 of them to Dublin for an all expenses paid trip.
Synecore, based in Sittingbourne, took engineers, apprentices, project managers, designers, office staff and some long-term suppliers on the jaunt last weekend.
Directors Paul Thomas and Adrian Eade said it came as a result of 2018 being "a year of change, challenges and success" for the team.
MD Paul Thomas said: "Our field-based teams can spend months without visiting to the office or seeing their fellow colleagues, as we work nationally, so it gives everyone a chance to get to know each other better.
“I personally find it rewarding watching everyone together, getting on, having the opportunity to socialise without the pressures of the day to day workloads. They really are a fantastic bunch who all want to see Synecore prosper and you can see that in the relationships that exist within the various teams."
Synecore's client base includes the likes of Pret A Manger, Karen Millen, Leon and KFC.
