LAW firm Kingsfords has been awarded Lexcel, the Law Society's highest practice management quality standard.
Lexcel, written specifically for the legal profession, demonstrates that the Law Society has audited the Ashford-based firm and recognises it as a well-managed business committed to quality of service and customer care.
Kingsfords is one of the first law firms to have qualified for the Lexcel accreditation since 2004, when revisions were introduced to reflect changes in the law and ensure a consistency of service from all solicitors.
Alan Green, quality partner at Kingsfords, said: "The Society's particular focus on client care means legal practices must now document their commitment to giving client-focused legal services.
"We believe providing excellent customer service will lead to the growth of the firm in addition to retaining our existing clients."
Ed Nally, president of the Law Society of England and Wales, said: "I am delighted that Kingsfords Solicitors has achieved this important Law Society award.
"The firm has demonstrated a commitment to superior practice management and excellent client care."
