Forces support is rewarded

PERSONNEL manager David Mylchreest has picked up an award on behalf of his company.

Mr Mylchreest, who lives in Deal but works for Warwickshire based Morgan-Est which has an office in Lordswood, Chatham, was given the honour by the vice-Lord Lieutenant of Kent, Brigadier Maurice Atherton.

The company was chosen for the National Employers Liaison Committee award in recognition of the support it has shown for the Volunteer Reserve Forces.

"Most recently the civil engineering company released a member of staff to go on peacekeeping duty in Bosnia," said a spokesman for the Volunteer Reserve Forces.
