Need a bit of sparkle for your children's birthday party? Then the arrival of the Snow Princess Parties to the county could be just what you're looking for.

Originally established in 2015, the party entertainment business has extended its reach through a number of franchises - the latest of which is in Kent.

Kelsey Parker, 22, from Snodland is fronting the new franchise which promises to bring "magical, action-packed parties" to children between three and eight-years-old.

She explains: “After I completed my degree in television production at university, I felt really stuck because my dream of working in the film industry was dwindling thanks to Covid and the subsequent lockdowns.

"My time was spent working in a supermarket and during that time, I think I lost confidence. Finding Snow Princess Parties was a game-changer for me. It taught me to challenge myself again, it’s allowed me to continue to follow my passion of telling stories, and I am learning a whole new skillset in running my own business.

"I’d worked with kids before, both as a Brownie leader and on film sets with child actors, and always been blown away by their natural positivity and enthusiasm. It’s the children’s passion and belief in magical things that is my main driving force as an entertainer."

She says she is now on the look-out for those with a performing arts background to help join her in entertaining youngsters.
