QUANTICA Legal, part of national specialist recruitment and training firm Quantica plc, has appointed Richard Frost as its first regional manager in the south and south east.

Mr Frost, 29, will develop existing and new business in Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Thames Valley and Dorset. Quantica plc has 18 branches employing 250 staff nation-wide.

The company has recently restructured its operations into five divisions:healthcare, legal, search and selection, technology and training.
