Growth fuels mechanical and electrical services firm Centrum+’s move to bigger premises at Kings Hill

A company is upgrading its premises in the county to support its ongoing expansion.

Centrum+, which provides mechanical and electrical services to the construction industry, is moving into a bigger nearby building at Kings Hill.

It has taken out a lease of 2,363 sq ft of space in Kings HIll Avenue and will relocate there from its existing site on Churchill Square.

The company, launched in 2016, employs around 30 people and has an annual turnover of £15million.

Managing director Mark Watson said: “Given the growth of the business in recent years, the time has come to move out of our current Kings Hill premises and into larger offices that will accommodate the ongoing expansion of the company and allow us to efficiently support our expanding client base.”

Recent projects the company has been involved in include upgrades to Lloyds Banking Group’s headquarters and branches as well as extensive work for the Ministry of Justice.
