Speakers from Paramount resort, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and High Speed 1 will talk to businesses at a conference this week.
The North Kent Expo will bring together figures from various schemes important to the area to discuss changes in the future.
The event, run by the Institute of Directors (IoD), will highlight how the region is better connected than everm, with commercial and retail hubs in Dartford, Bluewater and Gravesend.
Taking place at Ebbsfleet International Station, it is the second expo run by the organisation, with the last one held at Hythe Imperial Hotel focusing on east Kent.
IoD Kent chair Emma Liddiard said: “As part of the Thames Gateway, this area has always been a focus of investment due to its close proximity to London and the brownfield sites available for development.
“This event will help IoD members and non-members see what is happening and understand how they can benefit from the new investment and growth.”

The IoD is also running a trip to Chartwell, the home of Winston Churchill, as part of the 50th anniversary commerations of the wartime Prime Minister’s death.
The trip to the house in Westerham takes place on Wednesday, September 9.
