Kent-based Swale Heating has formed a partnership with one of the region’s leading estate agency groups to provide support services for its managed properties in the county.
The company will be carrying out gas safety checks on behalf of Robinson Michael & Jackson, the Robinson Jackson Group property specialists for Gravesham, Medway and Swale, and providing landlord gas safety records (LGSRs) for the agency’s clients.
Swale Heating sales director Matthew Edwards said: “Robinson Jackson has a long-standing reputation for providing a quality property management service and we’re very proud to be working with such a widely respected estate agency group.
“We know how important it is for them to be able to turn things around as efficiently and quickly as possible for landlords, especially when a new tenant moves in. With our dedicated team, we’re able to provide gas safety checks and an LGSR at very short notice, so the agency’s clients are guaranteed a first-rate service.”
Robinson Michael & Jackson lettings director Debbie Pennell said: “Working with Swale Heating will help to streamline the service we can offer to our landlords. It will provide the property management team with one point of contact and help speed up the process.”
A spokesman for Swale Heating said no figure could be provided for the value of the contract because the work would be carried out as and when required.
Swale Heating, the south east’s largest independent heating installer, has a workforce of more than 450 operating throughout Lodon and the south east, East Anglia and the Midlands.
The Robinson Jackson Group has 30 branches and departments in London and Kent.
