Kent and Medway residents are being reminded of the free and confidential support available, including an easy-to-use mental health text service and helpline, if you need to ‘Release the Pressure’ this festive break.

Money worries, including concerns about heating and food bills, and the extra costs of Christmas, can all affect our mental wellbeing. Coupled with relationship and health issues, you may need to reach out and talk to a trained counsellor.
