SIDCUP High Street has been named as the best in Bexley at an awards ceremony.
The Mystery Shopper assessment body has found Sidcup High Street has scored higher than Erith, Welling, Crayford and Bexleyheath for service and sales skills in retail and catering.
There were 129 shops who took agreed to take part in the survey which took place between April and May.
Results were revealed in a presentation at Sidcup Sports Ground, Sydney Road, last night which stated the high street had scored an 87 per cent average overall, which is significantly higher than other Bexley towns.
