Day 1

Day 21
21 days in and I am struggling! I am starting to feel tired, however I believe this is because for the last 3 days I have done the workout after walking the dogs and taking my children to school. I am going to go back to doing the workout in the morning, as I have noticed a big difference in the little things like my mood. Once again this is a personal issue, and you may have a completely different experience on when the best time to work out is. The app is amazing, I have recently started to follow the recipes provided by the chef and one I do recommend trying is the cashew chicken and cauliflower dish, which tastes amazing! I have also been listening to the nutrition for your mind section on my dog walks and once again it has made a huge improvement on my mental health. The app has benefited me in so many ways and I seriously recommend it. Anyway, my waist is 31.1 inches. I haven’t noticed a difference in my figure since day fifteen, however my waist has! It’s nice to see measurable results.
Day 30
I have just finished my workout and I am exhausted! I am measuring my waist and it has gone down to 30.8 inches! I have lost 2.4 inches off my waist in 30 days! That is a whole dress size I’ve dropped! My entire body looks slimmer, toned and I am so happy with the results. The app offers a second transformation which will further help me lose weight which I’m excited to try.
