Communications and IT firm the Focus Group is shifting its Kent operation to Kings Hill ahead of a "large recruitment drive".
The company, headquartered in Brighton, and with more than 250 staff, has regional offices in Maidstone and Sevenoaks but says its expansion forced it to look elsewhere.
Founded in 2003, it supplies and maintains B2B telecoms, mobile, data and IT
Director Joline Cramond said: "Our previous offices in Kent had no public transport or local amenities and we were finding it difficult to attract staff.
"As a company we have grown by 20% year on year with the consequent need for more staff and our new offices at Kings Hill will allow us to expand further.
“We are planning a large recruitment drive soon and are hoping our new office will become a large sales hub as well as an engineering supplies base."
The company's portfolio of divisions now includes voice. mobile, IT, data, print, security and energy and provides services to more than 10,000 businesses.
