TWO consultants from London have not only invested in a property in Waterstone Park, they have also sown the seeds of a new IT community on site.

Glenn Mawhinney and his business partner, Javid Suleman, were planning to move to Surrey until they were introduced to the houses available in the Bluewater development.

Mr Mawhinney said: "Initially, I was thinking of buying a three-bedroom home, however, after looking at the development from a business perspective, I decided to speak with my business partner, Javid

"He also agreed that the homes were ideal for investment, as a base for our growing IT business and also close enough to the new Crossways Business Park, which we might consider expanding to in the future."

The new site designed by Glenn and Javid is to bring the residents of Waterstone Park together with a community-based internet service and website which can be found at www.waterstonepark.net.
