GROWING property data firm SearchFlow has unveiled its new offices with a pledge of more jobs.

On Wednesday, the Mayor of Tonbridge and Malling, Cllr Ann Kemp, opened the new UK headquarters at King Hill, West Malling.

All 80 office-based staff are transferring from the company’s existing offices in Wrotham Heath, and a further 75 field staff will be regularly visiting the complex.

SearchFlow provides property search information to Home Information Pack providers, law firms and thousands of legal professionals nationwide for residential and commercial property transactions.

It offers more than 80 different search types, including personal and electronic searches direct with local authorities through the National Land Information Service (NLIS).

Mark Riddick, chief executive officer, said Kings Hill was the ideal choice for the business and the new offices would help maintain continuing growth.

"Entrepreneurial vision, operational efficiency, and a strong customer focus have underpinned our growth to date, and we will keep delivering on these three key principles as we continue to develop and expand into these exciting new premises," he said.

These expansion plans would mean "tremendous employment and career development prospects for both existing and new employees across Kent".

The business was founded as PSA in 1983. Last year, SearchFlow and PSA were bought by Macdonald Dettwiler & Associates (MDA) to create MDA SearchFlow.
