ONE of the UK's leading investment brokers is moving to Kent to take advantage of the working environment at Kings Hill business park.
Elson Associates plc has taken a lease at 30 Tower View where it will join other blue chip tenants, including Barclays and Abbott Laboratories.
The company employs 16 staff, most of whom will be moving from their existing offices in Sidcup early next year.
Director Graham Elson said that one of the deciding factors for the move was the amenities Kings Hill provides.
He said: "My staff are my greatest asset and it is of huge importance that we provide the best working environment we can.
"Our new offices are close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Liberty Square and the David Lloyd leisure centre is a short walk away.
"There is plenty of parking and the by-pass to Kings Hill from the M20 will make their journey into work easy."
Andrew Blevins, managing director of Kings Hill developer Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd, said: "Research shows that people perform better if they are happy with their environment."
