VERTEX Law has appointed solicitor Richard Ludlow to join its expanding dispute resolution department.

Mr Ludlow, 31, has broad experience of commercial work including dispute resolution and insolvency.

Welcoming the new arrival Jeremy Laws, head of dispute resolution at Vertex Law, said: "Richard’s skills not only strengthen our dispute resolution department, but also our wider commercial team."

Kings Hill-based Vertex Law opened for business in November last year and is solely focused on the needs of corporate clients.

The firm’s areas of expertise include corporate finance, commercial property, mergers and acquisitions, commercial, dispute resolution and human resources.
