A leading law firm has recruited a new partner to its real estate team.

Cripps, which has offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kings Hill and London has appointed Dominic Filleul from London-based firm Lattey & Dawe, where he was a partner.

With more than 20 years’ experience in real estate investment, he acts for a broad range of clients including banks, private investors, offshore investors, trust companies and occupiers.

He also has strong links to the Middle East region, particularly Dubai, where he acts for a number of high net worth family offices.

Mike Scott, head of the real estate team, said: “His hire is very much part of our strategy to expand the service that we provide to offshore investors - whether individuals, trusts or private equity - who require high level assistance with their real estate investments in the UK. His vast experience, particularly in the Middle East, further strengthens our capabilities in this area. We are delighted to have him on board.”
