A law firm saw off competition from national rivals to win the best collaboration prize at the MPF Management Excellence Awards.
Maidstone-based Brachers were up against established rivals like Grant Thornton at the ceremony at the London Marriott, Grosvenor Square, on Wednesday.
It won the award for its management structures and business plan being redeveloped to better suit clients.
It had also been nominated in the best corporate culture category and was the only Kent professional services firm at the event.
Managing partner Joanna Worby said: “We are very proud to win this coveted award.
“I’m really pleased that, against some of the best professional service businesses in the country, we flew the flag for Kent.
“For us, collaboration, teamwork and engagement are what it’s all about – so that we can really put our clients first and help them meet their business challenges.”
