Deborah Cain joins the Maidstone-based practice from Griffith Smith Farrington Webb LLP in East Sussex where she headed up the firms contested private client practice.
Ranked in the Legal 500, she specialises in disputes connected to wills, trusts, the estates of dead people and other inheritance issues.
She said: “It’s a fast growing and developing area of law that means it’s always vital for clients to get the best advice. I am looking forward to working closely with clients in Kent and beyond.”
Managing partner Joanna Worby said: “She has a track record that speaks for itself.
“As we seek to offer ever better client service, I have no doubt that she will prove a great fit and provide first rate advice to our private client base.”
