A hair transplant clinic opened by a former football manager has won an award.
KSL Hair, launched by ex-Maidstone United boss Lloyd Hume, has picked up the WhatClinic’s 2017 Patient Service Award.
The prize is based on customer scores created by combining reviews, feedback and interactive data.
The Glasgow-based company, which opened the Maidstone clinic in May last year, was ranked in the top 5% in the market.
Mr Hume said: “I’m delighted to have been recognised by this prestigious award at such an early stage in our business journey.
“It’s fantastic as it demonstrates our total commitment to patient care and excellent customer service and I’m so proud of my team.
“We work hard to ensure the highest levels of patient care and satisfaction, a hair transplant is a serious decision in someone’s life and usually it’s taken them time to arrive at the decision to have it done, so supporting them through their journey and being there for them is so important to us.”
