BOOKINGS for holidays out of Manston are so high that a travel company has had to increase its flight destinations.

Since releasing its 2004 travel programmes Headline Travel, The Kent Messenger Group's reader holiday service, has experienced massive demand. Of the four holidays originally offered, Lido di Jesolo, Lake Garda and Tuscany have already sold out. The high demand also has forced the company to add two extra dates to its Prague programme.

Karen Knott, Headline Travel's Business Manager said "The packages have proved extremely successful, with bookings coming from all over the region. Manston is such an accessible airport, with cheap parking facilities making it very convenient to the traveller."

The coming year shows no sign of letting up and the travel company has increased its flight destinations to six. These include four days in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic, seven days on Sicily, and a week-long trip exploring seven of Italy's most captivating cities.
