R.J. Parry specialises in major refurbishment and new-build residential projects, mainly in the central London area.

Based in Faversham, it was estab­lished in 1999 and has consistently grown towards its present position.

Its 11,000 sq ft factory contains a bespoke joinery workshop incorporating the latest in CNC technology, spray shop and specialist metal processing.

Customer service is a priority, and the vast major­ity of its work is repeat business. It supports clients throughout their projects, providing a project man­ager for every client, and is backed up by a compre­hensive management team.

The company works closely with other small busi­nesses that provide additional specialist services, allowing it to ensure the highest control over the quality and timing of finished items.

One of its recent contracts was the £2.6m refur­bishment of a bespoke dwelling in Hampstead which won an award in the Stone Federation Natural Stone Awards in 2008.

In addition to the residential work, which forms the main part of the company’s business, it has completed a number of prestigious commercial contracts. Clients include Saatchi and Saatchi, SEN and Esprit.
