Catalogue firm Argos is to open a new branch inside a Sainsbury's as part of its continuing move into the stores of its supermarket parent company.
The shop will open in Sainsbury's in Deal tomorrow following its £1.4 billion takeover back in June.
Since then a number of town centre Argos stores have closed and opened within supermarkets.
About 12 jobs will be created by the Deal outlet opening, with customers able to access the full range of Argos goods.
Mark Maidment, Sainsbury’s Deal store manager, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Argos and its colleagues to our team in Deal.
"The opening is great news for our customers, who are always looking for easier, more convenient ways to shop.
"We look forward to offering them an increased range of products, all under one roof.”
By the end of June, there were 228 store-in-stores across the UK.
