Are you in the market for a new home that is unique, stylish and modern? Then this show home launch event is not to be missed!
An exciting launch event is planned for the Kitchener Barracks housing development, providing an ideal opportunity for first time buyers and families to get a first look.
The Show Home Launch Event is on Saturday, February 1 from 12pm midday at Dock Road in Chatham (ME4 4UB).
To book an appointment, visitors can call 01634 776 416.
Kitchener Barracks’ rich and fascinating military history has been transformed into a vibrant new community featuring contemporary, stylish and unique two and three-bedroom terraced houses as well as three, four and five bedroom town houses.
The 302-home development neighbouring Chatham Historic Dockyards received planning approval back in 2015 and is being delivered by TopHat, with the ultimate vision to create modern homes with an eco-friendly design and outstanding attention to detail.
The scheme is well progressed with 27 houses already occupied, a strong indication of the popularity of the scheme prior to the delivery of a show home.
“People interested in taking a look at the properties are invited to our marketing suite which is open seven days a week from 12pm midday until 6pm,” said Spencer Fortag, Sales and Marketing Manager at Kitchener Barracks.
“We wanted ground-breaking technology and innovative designs to come together to restore some of the site’s original features but to also create striking new spaces.
“Kitchener Barracks is a perfect choice for family living and every aspect has been carefully considered to make this a beautiful place to come home to.

With homes available from £320,000 on top of a hill overlooking Chatham’s impressive scenery, the homes have a range of features including top floor terraces, underfloor heating, and solar panels.
All of the houses have parking to the front with ornamental planting and a rear garden with a patio area which is ideal for socialising outdoors and hosting summer BBQs.
The outdoor areas have been beautifully landscaped so people can make the most of the neighbourhood’s unique setting.
“The area is such a relaxed and natural setting even though it’s so close to London,” continued Spencer.
“This is an exclusive, walled development overlooking the river Medway with a stunning, green parade ground at the heart of the new community.
“The Great Lines Heritage Park, which is one of Medway’s most beautiful green spaces, is literally on your doorstep.”
Medway offers an array of opportunities to residents in the area and has a thriving art and entrepreneurial scene which is only 25 minutes driving distance from Maidstone and 45 minutes from Canterbury.

The location is also ideal for commuters by train.
Those working in London can get to St. Pancras in just under 40 minutes or London Bridge in an hour while Paris is but a mere two and a half hours away.
Originally named Chatham Infantry Barracks, it was constructed in 1757 and its continuous use by the army since then made it one of the oldest such sites in the country.
The site became known as Kitchener Barracks in 1928, and was used as accommodation by the Royal School of Military Engineering until the historic buildings were sold by the Ministry of Defence in June 2014.
The area will not, however, be relinquishing its unique charm and historic significance. The outer walls, the listed parade ground and a statue of Lord Kitchener will remain.
