The KM Group announced today that managing director Graham Mead will be leaving the company at the end of September.

Mr Mead, left, joined the KM Group in January, 2009, from Trinity Mirror Southern, where he was also MD.

Richard Elliot, the KM Group's finance director, will take over as MD following a board meeting on September 15.

Mr Elliot joined the group in September, 2008.

Geraldine Allinson, KM Group chairman, said: "I know that Richard is very much looking forward to becoming MD and continuing to work with the board and everyone in the company to ensure that KMG becomes the leading multimedia company for Kent."
