SOUTH East law firm asb law has recruited a new member to its commercial team.

Lisa Comber, who joins the firm from international and City firm Bird & Bird, qualified as a solicitor in January 2002.

During a nine-year career in the City, she has worked on a wide range of complex IT projects for many blue chip companies and public sector organisations. She has particular experience in advising clients operating in, or dealing with, the IT and financial sectors.

Lisa said she welcomed the opportunity of work that was "challenging and exciting".

Senior partner Russell Bell said Lisa’s expertise complemented perfectly the skills within asb law’s commercial department and would prove invaluable to the firm’s expansion plans across the public sector, insurance, aviation and IT sectors.
