Two open days will take place later this month to try and attract new staff to the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The events, taking place in Maidstone, will be for nurses, nurse associates or healthcare assistants looking to join its urgent care team in west Kent.
The trust is currently expanding its urgent care sector - which provides a two-hour response to patients in crisis at home - and is hoping the events will be attended by both newly-qualified or experienced professionals.
Its aim is to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and help facilitate early discharge from acute hospitals.
Those ticking the boxes could have on-the-spot interviews and even leave with a firm job offer on the day.
The events take place on Friday, October 22, from 9am to 4pm and on Saturday, October 23, from 10am to 3pm, at the trust's centre at Hermitage Court, in Hermitage Lane.
Spaces can be pre-booked by emailing Kentchft.wkrecruitment@nhs.net or you can turn up on the day.
