Vertex Law has bolstered its dispute resolution team with the appointment of William Charlesworth, a solicitor with a track record in representing international clients.

Mr Charlesworth, from Tunbridge Wells, advises clients in all types of commercial dispute - ranging from debt and asset recovery to complex commercial disputes.

He has represented both UK and non-UK businesses from SMEs to FTSE 250, AIM-listed companies to banks and financial institutions.

He has undertaken litigation in the High Court in international shipping and unfair prejudice claims.

Mr Charlesworth has acted for an international fashion brand, in respect of infringement of intellectual property rights, business defamation, phone hacking, restrictive covenant enforcement and debt and asset recovery.
