STATSHOP, the Faversham-based design, print and stationery company, has appointed Paul Coates as business development manager.

He has more than 20 years' experience in print and stationery and will be based at the firm's Sittingbourne shop.

Managing director Mike Hill said he would bring a wealth of knowledge to the company.

"The aim is to bring a fresh approach to market place by broadening the range of experience within the company," he said.

Brian Green, director of sales and marketing, has left the company after 11 years.
