A SELF-confessed Francophile has landed her dream job as a marketing chief with P&O Stena Line.
Caroline Williams, from Hawkinge, has been appointed as the company's long-stay marketing controller.
In this role, Caroline, who will lead a team of seven, will plan and implement marketing strategy for those who want to stay on the continent for longer than 36 hours.
Long-stay products include the company's annual early-booking offer and the ski self-drive package.
In addition, Caroline will be responsible for implementing the company's customer relationship management strategy.
She joins P&O Stena Line from the IMS Group (Interactive Media Services) in Leeds where she was head of marketing. She has also worked for Mars, KP Foods and the Leukaemia Research Fund.
