A website designed to simplify the complexities of politics has become one of the latest names to join Kent Cricket Club's networking group ahead of the start of the new season.
The club, which last week confirmed the pandemic had seen it lose £2million of revenues, revealed it was facing "a critical year from a financial point of view".
Fans were unable to attend any of its games at Canterbury or Beckenham last year due to lockdown restrictions.
But that's not stopped new faces signing up to the Team Kent Business Club - a networking group which offers two package options offering advertising and corporate hospitality opportunities.
Calibre Cleaning, Utilitas Solutions, Girlings Solicitors and Focus Group have renewed and been joined by Simple Politics - a website set up by a former Kent school teacher to help unpick key political topics.
Kent Cricket’s director of partnerships, Andy Griffiths, said: “With a roadmap out of lockdown and the return of three formats of cricket for our members and supporters to enjoy this summer, the is a real sense of positivity as we all move together, along with our Team Kent partners, into the 2021 season.
“Our enhanced digital coverage that we have worked hard on improving in the last season or so, with increased opportunities for our partners alongside the potential return of live crowds this season, means that we are able to offer an increasingly attractive partnership with Kent Cricket.
“I’m looking forward to welcoming our Team Kent partners both new and existing, back to our stadia when it is safe to do so.”
