A village convenience store has gone on the market.
The leasehold for the retail unit occupied by the Angel Food & Wine shop in Langton Green, near Tunbridge Wells, is being marketed by property firm Christie & Co.
The outlet sits as a mid-terrace property and offers shelving and refrigeration units with a wide range of newspapers, snacks, magazines, alcohol, tobacco and general household products.
It is set on the A264 Langton Road.
Jack Dudley, senior business agent at Christie & Co’s Maidstone office, which is handling the sale, said: "This presents a fantastic opportunity to acquire a newsagents and convenience store which enjoys year round footfall and trade, but also has the potential for further growth. Those looking to acquire a well established business with the potential to add additional profitable lines need look no further.
“The convenience store market continues remains active as single, regional and corporate operators continue to look for new acquisitions, so we expect strong levels of interest in Angel Food & Wine.”
Christie & Co is seeking £72,500 for the leasehold.
