MHS homes’ public relations manager has been re-elected as a board member.
Madeline Chainey has been voted by colleagues to join the mhs homes group board of directors as a staff board member.
Mrs Chainey, who has worked as PR manager for the organisation for 10 years, was appointed at the group’s annual meeting at Priestfield Stadium.
She will sit on the group and housing board representing the mhs homes group staff.
A ballot was held in June, when the 450 members across the group – consisting of mhs homes, mhs contractors and mhs community charity – were asked to choose from a list of nominees.
Madeline, who served on the board in 2003, said: "I was delighted to find out I had been elected by the staff.
"I am really looking forward to an exciting year."
Terry Burton, mhs homes director, said: "Madeline is a loyal member of staff. Communications is a vital part to her job as PR manager and we know that she will represent the staff to the best of her ability."
