Local investors and property developers are being urged to attend a new event taking place in Tunbridge Wells later this month.
The Property Event is being staged by The Finance Hub on April 21.
Officially launched in March, The Finance Hub unites financial services for both businesses and individuals and is based in the 1887 Building on the The Pantiles.
Its property event will cover a host of issues including using your pension to invest in property, how maximise returns from developments and navigating the tax issues involved.
It will be the first of a series of open forums planned for this year.
Speakers and sponsors on the day include Deborah Richards, director of Maddisons Residential; Darren Austin, director of Synergee Chartered Accountants; and Andrew Marsh of EMP Chartered Surveyors.
The event will also feature talks from The Finance Hub affiliates, Peter Amor, director of Amor Financial and Saša Brborović, financial planner at Jarrovian Wealth.
The Finance Hub founder, Gillian Palmer, said: “The Property Event will deliver a complete spread for property investment interests. Whether you’re retired and eager to explore property investment with your pension, or an established property developer or portfolio landlord who wants to grow their business and find new income opportunities, you’re sure to find something for you.”
Taking place at the 1887 Building, the event runs from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, April 21.
