Whether you’re a first-time buyer, property developer or keen investor, find out everything you need to know at the South East Property Expo.

The free event, which will be hosted in Sevenoaks, brings together buyers, sellers, developers, investors and landlords for a day of advice, tips and networking opportunities.

This year’s expo will feature TV property expert and former professional footballer Dion Dublin as the celebrity guest keynote speaker.

The ex-Manchester United player, who has been presenting Homes Under the Hammer since 2015, will be joined on the main stage by buy-to-let mentor Dan Coachafer, founder of the Environmental Business Network Roger McKerlie and residential property expert John-Paul Rafferty.

There will also be talks from New 2 Property, Marion Money, the National Residential Landlords Association and more.

The event will also begin with a Networking Breakfast at 8:30am, hosted by the Sevenoaks District Chamber of Commerce.

The South East Property Expo takes place at The Bat and Ball Centre in Sevenoaks on Tuesday, September 19.

Day passes are free but need to be booked online in advance here.
