TUNBRIDGE Wells-based property managemewnt companies Mill Management and Parker Ogilvy are to merge.
Parker Ogilvy properties will now be managed by Mill Management, bringing 168 flats to their existing portfolio of more than 6,000.
The move follows January's merger of Mill Management with London-based County Estate Management.
Paul Rayden, managing director of Mill Management, said: "Tunbridge Wells is currently experiencing significant growth within residential development, and we are excited to be expanding our involvement in this area."
