BOSSES have been invited to nominate their staff for the new Kent Employee of the Year award.

Recruitment agency Select Appointments have launched the scheme to reward committed employees. The awards will highlight personal achievement and contribution to the development of the business.

Fifteen finalists will be invited to a glamorous awards ceremony at Chilston Park, near Maidstone. The winner will win the use of a car for a year and they and three runners-up will receive a break for two at Chilston Park.
