Three new tenants have agreed leases on a recently refurbished office block in Bromley.

The T Bromley building consists of a total of 52,500sq ft of workspace and has recently been revamped.

Now Savills and joint agents, Michael Rogers, have completed deals with Trust Payments, Thackray Williams LLP and Novellus Capital Limited.

All have agreed leases of between 10-15 years.
