Tunbridge Wells law firm CooperBurnett is celebrating its 40th anniversary - with all members of staff recently being delivered a red rose to mark the occasion.
The firm was created in 1981 - with its longest-serving member of staff, Debbie Charman, joining the company in 1985 aged 17.
Meanwhile, another long-serving member of staff, Hazel Cullen, has worked with the firm for 33 years, have joined the firm aged just 15, a week after leaving school.
Victoria Sampson, who has served the firm for 25 years and is now partner and head of the corporate and commercial services team, said: "We are so proud to be celebrating this significant milestone and it’s particularly touching that there are many of us who have been with CooperBurnett for a significant amount of that time - this really says something about us as a firm and our people"
Debbie Charman, who is now a PA and secretary, added: "The firm has always had a ‘family’ feel to it; you don’t feel like ‘just an employee’. I am proud to still be part of the team.”
To mark the firm's anniversary, staff were sent a Captain Tom rose to their home - with money from each purchased going to the Captain Tom Foundation.
