Show aims to attract record numbers

BOOKINGS are being invited for the 2005 Channel Business-to-Business Show.

Building on the success of last year, this year's event will embrace the tourism and leisure industry and aims to attract record numbers of exhibitors and visitors.

It is once again being held at The Grand, The Leas in Folkestone on Thursday, September 15.

This year visitors will be able to book a free 45-minute one-to-one business advice session, where experts can cover a range of subjects, such as planning, finance and grants, marketing and legal issues.

Peter Hobbs, Channel Chamber chief executive, said: "Our annual B2B Show continues to satisfy the needs of more and more businesses and is now acknowledged as the premier business event in this area.

"This year we are offering more value for every participant with the chance to meet more than 100 exhibitors, network with hundreds of fellow visitors and receive professional advice about the future of their business."

President of Channel Chamber, the Rt. Hon. Michael Howard QC, MP for Folkestone & Hythe will be opening the show at 9.30am.
