John Coyle, of Whitstable, has been appointed operations manager by regional construction company Overbury.

He will have responsibility for construction activities at all sites, focussing mainly on quality and health and safety.

He will also assist in managing the company's Perfect Delivery business improvement programme, which aims to guarantee projects finished to deadline and snag free.
