IF you run your own business or are thinking of starting one then head along to the monthly Small Business Club Meeting for help and advice.

The club, supported by the Enterprise Agency of North Kent, meets monthly to network with other businesses, share problems, pass on information and contacts and listen to guest speakers.

It is also a chance to exchange experiences, which can help in setting up a new business venture.

The next meeting is on Tuesday, January 14 at Stone Castle Heritage and Conference Centre in Greenhithe at 7pm.

The speaker will be Sean Carter, retail consultant with the rural community council, who will be talking about progress in retailing in rural Kent.

Judy Peeks from the Enterprise Agency said: "Even if you are not a member, you are most welcome to come along to a couple of meetings before joining."
